Yes. The monthly price you see is what you pay for everything in that plan. The only extra is your ad budget, which you control — and we always show our fee on it clearly.

How does ad spending work?

Your ad budget is yours and is paid straight to Google and Meta. Each plan includes ad management up to a set amount. Above that, our fee is a flat 15%, shown clearly on every invoice. We focus on your jobs signed and install ticket mix — so the budget is sized to earn the next decade of customer value, not to grow our fee.

Is there a setup fee or a contract?

No setup fee and no long contract — plans are month-to-month. Prefer to pay yearly? You can, and save about two months.

Do you build me a new website?

No — we work with the website you already have. We add mobile-first emergency landing pages, install-intent landing pages, and design visualizer integration to your existing site as part of the campaign infrastructure. Need a brand-new site? We’ll point you in the right direction.

Yes. How does the dual-funnel structure actually work?

Do you work with manufacturer co-op programs?

On the Pro and Enterprise plans, yes — we manage co-op program submissions for Clopay, Amarr, Wayne Dalton, LiftMaster, and other manufacturers. This typically recovers 15-50% of qualifying ad spend depending on program tier and manufacturer. Foundations and Growth plans don’t include co-op management but you can claim co-op funds yourself using our campaign documentation.

How does AI search (AEO) actually work for garage door operators?

Homeowners now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews for garage door recommendations — with brand, neighborhood, and emergency-vs-install intent built into the query. We add the structured business data, manufacturer credentials, and review patterns AI weighs when picking which operator to recommend — for both repair and install queries. Do you answer my emergency phones?

On the Pro and Enterprise plans, yes — 24/7 live call answering by a US-based team trained on garage door triage. Foundations and Growth plans don’t include answering — we use the same call-tracking integration to count missed calls so you know what answering would be worth before upgrading.
